After a heroic battle with cancer, she went home to be with her Lord. The Celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, at Northgate Baptist Church, 800 NE Vivion Rd., Kansas City, MO 64118. The Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, at the church. Annalou was born with a twin sister, Betty Sue on October 29, 1930, in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from East High School in 1948. Annalou was a secretary by profession. She was an active member of Northgate Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing and square dancing. Annalou danced with the Unicorn Square Dancing Club. Annalou met the love of her life, Edward B. Cranfill, Jr. They were married for 46 years. Four children formed their union. She was preceded in death by her husband on December 29, 1998, and a grandson, Nathan. Annalou is survived by a beloved sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Robert Woodard; three daughters and a son, Debbie Budzinski, Gladstone, MO, Bud Cranfill, Gladstone, MO, Missie Valdiviez and her husband, Rich, Jefferson City, MO, and Janet Terry, Kansas City, MO; and seven grandchildren, Brian Budzinski, Joshua Russell, Jessica, Megan and Lindsay Valdiviez and Tiffany and Jacob Terry.
