Father: Richard F CARR, (son of Thomas CARR), b. ABT 1861/1864, New York
According to the 1900 Census in Douglas County city of Omaha in Nebraska, Richard was born in May of 1868 and his age is 32, however on further census in 1910 and 1920 his age is 49 and 59 making his birth year closer to 1861 or 1862. And on his final census in 1930 it gives his birth year as about 1862 in the index, therefore I have used the much earlier date as three out of four census put it at that point.Because his father is a man named Thomas Carr born in Ireland, I have located Richard as a little boy in Albany with his parents and his birth year in the year 1870 Census is about 1864.. There is literally only one Richard of that age with a father named Thomas in all of the state of New York. He was born in New York. In 1900 he Josephine , Loretta and son Joseph are living in Omaha. Sometime after 1900 he must have moved to Wyandotte County KS as they show up there by 1910. I find him also in the 1930 index in Wyandotte County with Josephine. Some info on this family was graciously provided by Loretta Bond McDonald, Richard's great great granddaughter .Richard's middle initial shows up as either F or T in 1910 Census and as F in 1930 Census.
Mother: Josephine —, b. About 1861 or 1862
On all census Josephine's age matches Richards. On three census she is listed as having been born around 1861 or 1862 except for the odd census in Nebraska where she lists her age as 32 and having been born in May of 1868. However, later she is listed as 49 and 59 in 1910 and 1920.
