baptized at New Hartford, Conn., 17 Mar. 1765, died there 29 Aug. 1828; married
at New Hartford, 25 Feb. 1793, LUCRETIA GILLETT, born about 1772, died at New
Hartford, 29 Nov. 1847, daughter of Michael and Lois (Douglass).

Administration upon the estate of Electa Seymour [daughter of Capt. Sylvester],
late of New Hartford, was granted 12 July 1837. Distribution made 13 Oct. 1840
between Henry Seymour, Edward Seymour, Sylvester Seymour, William Seymour, Mary
Ann Herrick, Nancy Barton, Thomas J. Seymour, and Elizabeth Seymour. Widow
Lucretia Seymour holds a right of dower in the property divided.
