Margaret or Mary GARLINGTON, (daughter of Eugene A GARLINGTON), b. ABT 1912, District of Columbia
On the 1910 Census this girl is called Mary and later she is called Margaret. Perhaps they shortened it at one time but she is 2 in 1910 and 12 in 1920 so this is most assuredly the same girl going by another similiar name.
