The 1920 Census for this man is extremely frustrating as it is almost illegible, I can make out his mother, his brother and his sister Mamie. There also may be another child Emma about 10 but it is very hard to make out. I looked in 1930 and it only clarifies a few of the children. It does not appear that his wife is in residence in 1920. ' I can't make out whether he is widowed or what either. His wife could be deceased or they could be separated or perhaps she is in the hospital or something. In 1922 he does have another son, Lewis so either he remarries or something, It is vague. But he is in 1930 Census again in Greeneville as Robert E
