Willard P SEYMOUR, (son of Coleman " Cole" SEYMOUR), b. 1846, Iowa or Missouri, d. Nov 1893, Jackson County Missouri

Territory was disputed , his father Coleman left Tennesee in mid forties and was in area of what is now Decatur County Iowa but Missouri claimed this land before court decision.
