Circo, 77, northeast Kansas City, MO, passed away Saturday, May 22, 1999, at Baptist Medical Center. Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, at Passantino Bros. Chapel. 2117 Independence Blvd.; cremation to follow services. Friends may call 5-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Dorothy was a life member of Grace & Holy Trinity Cathedral, where she served as President of the Women of the Cathedral, Directress of the Altar Guild for many years and chairperson of various committees. She was a life member of the St. Luke's Hospital Auxiliary. She was appointed to the Auxiliary by Dean Woodward of the Cathedral and served as corresponding secretary and on various committees. She also served as Directress of the Chapel Altar Guild and was a member of the Women's City Club. During WWII, she had the honor of being selected cover girl for North American Aviation magazine. Dorothy is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Alfred Circo, of the home: daughter, Linda Dodson,Aaronand Dorothy was a wonderful wife, mother, nana, great-nana, sister and friend.
