Territory was disputed , his father Coleman left Tennesee in mid forties and was in area of what is now Decatur County Iowa but Missouri claimed this land before court decision. Buried in Hamilton Cemetery Decatur Iowa tombstone reads son of C and L stands for Coleman and Levica Seymour
