Certificate reads “Lottie Cowell” and Luther Yocom“ as parents and then below W H Cowell as informant. And indeed her father is living in Greene County at the time of the child's death. Also Lottie is born in Lawrence County Missouri. and Luther is listed as being born in Carrollton. Probably Missouri
