98. DAVID5 SEYMOUR (Stephen4, Ebenezer3, Richard2, Richard1), born at Waterbury, Conn., 5 May 1750; married ACHSA4 WELTON, born at Waterbury, 15 Sept. 1754, daughter of Stephen3 (George2, John1) and Abigail (Baldwin).
In 1796 they were living at Chenango, Tioga County, N.Y.
