Will of Theron Seymour of Hartford dated 4 Mar. 1824, proved 5 Apr. 1828, names wife Abigail, son Theron, Jr., and son Heman. Abigail and Heman to be executors. Inventory approved 13 June 1828.
Will of Abigail Seymour of Hartford, not dated, proved 11 Dec. 1834, bequeaths estate to the heirs of my son Theron Seymour of Liberty, Trumbull County, Ohio; to my granddaughter Abigail Seymour; to the children of my two sons, Theron and Heman Seymour; to Almira C. Seymour, daughter of Heman Seymour, my gold beads; to my adopted daughter Harriet S.C. Hart; to my son Heman Seymour.
