John SINGLETON
John SINGLETON, (son of John Henry SINGLETON), b. Jan 1868
John Singleton seems to have never married at least he is still single in 1920 when he is last on the census as census only available for that date. He seems to have been a boarder all this life and was listed as a worked for Proctor and Gamble and a general day labourer. While he lists his birth year as 1871 on the 1900 Census , he is already 2 years old on the 1870 Census so I have used 1868 as his birth year. In 1900 he is a boarder in the house of WJ Buchanon on Cleveland Avenue in KC Mo. In 1910 he lives with his brother in law George Kitchen and sister Nannie Singleton. After that in 1920 he is at two separate houses 11 days apart in KC KS. Once at Wm Lowe's house and then at Charles Buchanons house.
