Obit reads 75 years old buried at Fulton Chapel. Mr Seymour died Sunday At Doctors Hospital of Seattle Washington after suffering stroke at home of his son, James Walter Jr. while he was visiting. Lifelong resident of KC Kansas retired in 1957 was a test track operator for Rock Island railroad after 33 years. Survived by his sister Mrs Elizabeth Fairchild and Mrs Harriet Moore.
