Joseph and Nancy have a child named Conway but this could not be him as they do not marry until 1808 and he is born after that so he could not be the one witnessing the deed it must be his grandfather Edwin going by Conway. and it places Edwin in Georgia and this Deed Book L, p. 219 Feb. 5, 1819 Nathaniel H. Smith to Paschal Smith, 18½ acres where Nathaniel now lives on the waters of Buffalo Creek, beginning line at Charles Smiths line for $111. Signed Nathaniel H.
