She died of Influenza followed by bronchial pneumonia. There was a worldwide epidemic of the flu in 1918 after World War I. Also her death certificate in Missouri online confirms that her mother was Annie Schrivener. Father listed as Monta Piersee (Montezuma)While the World Connect file has her as Sarah Ann Schrivener, which could very well be correct as many people went by middle names.
