111. ROGER6 SEYMOUR (John5, John4, John3, John2, Richard1), born at West Hartford, Conn., 23 July 1753, died at Lee, Mass., 23 Aug. 1826 aged 73; married first, ABIGAIL CLARK; married second, ROSE (HART) GOODWIN, born at Avon, Conn., 21 Jan. 1762, died at Lee, Mass., 18 Apr. 1829 aged 67, daughter of Ambrose and Martha (Tuller) Hart, and widow of Titus Goodwin of West Hartford (he died 9 Feb. 1804), to whom she was married 1 Sept. 1785.
He lived in Branford, 1790 Census (2 males over 16, 2 males under 16, and 4 females).
Administration on his estate was granted to his widow Rose, 3 July 1827. The estate owed the State of Connecticut $117.66, and Nathaniel Seymour $240.00. Roger deceased at Lee 23 Aug. 1826, leaving only two children, Alfred of Lee, and Sarah wife of Leman Clark of Beekmantown, Clinton County, N.Y.
