183. CHARLES6SEYMOUR (Zachariah5, Zachariah4, Zachariah3, John2, Richard1), born at Lyme, Conn., 8 Jan. 1799, died at New York, N.Y., 20 Nov. 1867; married in 1835, MARIA D. MORRISON, an English girl, a ward of Hon. Mark H. Sibley of Canandaigua, N.Y.
He succeeded his father as agent of the School Fund of the State of Connecticut, and held the position until 1857, when the office was closed.
