He is the son of Trafford Whalen Cooper July 7 1971 Kathleen Porters name as his wife comes from the Cooper family site and children are listed in the newspaper announcements in Houston County Herald.However, in 1987 a child Kyle Troy Cooper is born to Jacqueline and Donald Cooper, so I am assuming this was another wife if the Kathleen Porter info is correct.
