246. ORSON HART7 SEYMOUR (Moses6, Aaron5, Moses4, John3, John2, Richard1), born at New Britain, Conn., 1 Sept. 1807, died at Hartford, Conn., 1 Dec. 1883; married at New Britain, Conn., 17 Sept. 1827, HENRIETTA MARIA7 STANLEY, born at New Britain, 30 June 1807, died at Hartford, 1 June 1879, daughter of Amzi6 (Gad5, Thomas4, Thomas3, John2, John1) and Lucy (Webster).
He was a merchant in New Britain, where he was deacon of the South Church for eighteen years. He removed to Hartford in 1864, and engaged in the manufacture of pottery.
