260. ISAAC7 SEYMOUR (David6, Jared5, Thomas4, Thomas3, John2, Richard1), born at Springfield, Vt., 23 Dec. 1798, died at New York, N.Y., 13 Sept. 1863; married SARAH ANN SCOTT, born 1809, died at Peekskill, N.Y., in 1870, daughter of John.
He was cashier of the Westchester County Bank, Peekskill, N.Y., 1830, and afterwards its president; cashier, 1848, of the Bank of North America in New York City, where he was a member of the Vestry of Trinity Church. He was taken ill in his pew during service, and carried into the Vestry room, where he died.
Sarah Ann Seymour, of New York, widow of Isaac Seymour of New York, and Charles R. Westbrook of Ogdensburg, N.Y., were appointed administrators upon Isaac’s estate, 28 Sept. 1863.
Will of Sarah A. Seymour of Peekskill, N.Y., dated 24 Mar. 1867, proved 29 Nov. 1870, named seven children, and son-in-law Charles R. Westbrook.
