GEORGE NICHOLS7 SEYMOUR (David6, Jared5, Thomas4, Thomas3, John2, Richard1), born at Springfield, Vt., 14 Apr. 1794, died at Ogdensburg, N.Y., 27 July 1859; married 18 Mar. 1818, SOPHIA MARIE LEFEBRE DE VILLERS, born at Butternuts, Otsego Co., N.Y., 19 Oct. 1797, died at Ogdensburg, N.Y., 6 Feb. 1880.
He was commissioned Adjutant in the St. Lawrence County Militia, 1817, and Brigade Inspector, 1818.
